The value of the ability to identify, understand and manage aggressive behavior can not be quantified. All behavior, particularly aggressive or violent has second and third order effects. They can, at worst be a "Black Swan" event for your organization. Crime and violence are formulaic therefore they can be predicted. In this webinar you'll gain learn basics of these formula's, how to recognize the verbal and physical cues of aggression and most importantly how to mitigate this behavior.
