Joel and Dennis will cover transactions designed to raise capital, company affiliations, book transfers, mutual holding company transfers, and conversion transactions, and more.

Steve Davis and Steve Johnson of Stradley Ronon, and Fran Roggenbaum of Saul Ewing, will discuss what is required from a regulatory perspective with respect to the above transactions, including how companies can best position themselves for regulatory approval. Steve, Steve and Fran will also provide insight into to the many regulatory factors and influences that impact business transactions, using real world examples based on their experience working with and for the regulators.
