Steve Shively is the Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer of MFX Services, a provider of systems integration & managed IT infrastructure services across all industries and governmental organizations. MFX was established in 2001 and has been proudly providing such IT services as Cyber Security, Managed Hosting, Managed Services from our Data Centers as well as in Public and Private cloud. Steve holds a PMP designation and received his MBA from Radford University. He has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Security across several insurance companies (Atlantic Mutual, ACE Insurance and Chubb). Steve joins us today from Roanoke, Virginia.

Matt Casperson is the Director of Information Security and Compliance at BriteCore, who provides a core cloud-based platform for property and casualty insurers. He is an experienced enterprise risk management professional with multiple years of experience running security and privacy programs across a number industry standards and regulations including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and domestic and international privacy regulations working primarily on the commercial side in the technology sector. Over the years he has had the opportunity to observe many different threats and work with a number of well known technologies to implement mitigation strategies to address those threats. He joins us today from Salem, Massachusetts where he resides with his wife and daughter.

She supports affiliation clients directly, and leads other Account Executives, to effectively launch new service programs and grow existing partner relationships at Enquiron. Prior to this, she worked in healthcare data analytics supporting Health Insurance Companies, IDNs, and Workers’ Compensation Insurers to provide Employer Reporting, Provider Analytics, and Value-Based Performance Management solutions to support Agent / Client conversations. She has a track record of innovating and successfully driving engagement and adoption of professional services and tools through partnering closely with clients. She’s passionate about Enquiron’s services that provide employment law & HR Advice and resources to the everyday business and is client experience-obsessed.
