About the Presenter

Frank Giardina - President, IDP

Mr. Frank Giardina has more than 25 years’ experience as a senior manager with insurance and technology organizations.  Frank joined IDP in 2015 as CIO and has been President of IDP since 2018. 

Prior to joining IDP, Frank served as CIO at Philadelphia Insurance Companies for 10 years where he was responsible for all technology initiatives and functions.  In that capacity, he supported the company’s growth from a $250M carrier to a billion dollar carrier.  Frank has held multiple C-Level positions in the insurance industry including Chief Technology Officer at Legion Insurance.  In 2009 he started a consulting practice specializing in the insurance vertical in IT Strategic Planning, Project Management and Project Execution.

Frank holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and an Associate’s Degree in Data Processing from Pierce Junior College.
