Digital accessibility is often a scary subject for organizations. What is required under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)? What's the best way to meet those requirements, and where is the best place to start? This webinar is the third in a quarterly series that will answer these questions and more for organizations grappling with the ever-growing digital accessibility requirements of their customers, potential employees, and overall business. This webinar will focus on effective response strategies to an accessibility audit, including how to prioritize defect resolution, how to address defects within content you don't control (e.g. third-party vendors), and the definition of done. Additionally, this webinar will detail common traps organizations can fall into when reacting to digital accessibility audits, and identify best-practice solutions for these challenges.
Is it necessary for an employer to issue a write up before terminating an employee? Can an employer terminate an employee upon their return from job-protected leave? Examining terminations ranging from common performance and conduct-related issues, all the way to more complex scenarios involving job-protected leave, this webinar will offer employers a road map to navigating one of the more stressful responsibilities shouldered by human resources professionals.
